Developed in 1991, the Peißen Industrial Estate was one of WFG Bernburg’s first industrial estates. This business location, spanning an area of 11.7 hectares, lies directly on the L 50 state highway. The industrial estate is currently used to 82% capacity. As well as trading and service companies, the production industry, construction industries and haulage firms have also settled here.

The closest motorway exit is approx. 8.0 km away in Könnern. The village of Peißen with approx. 1,236 residents is also an interesting place to live. 

In the immediate vicinity of the industrial estate, Mühlberg offers affordable living alternatives to the town. Just a few minutes’ drive away, you can reach the town of Bernburg and its numerous trading markets at the entrance to the town.
